July 6, 1967 at Busch Stadium
Cardinals 6, Reds 5  (47-31)

The Cardinals came back from a two run deficit to beat the Reds by a run and that evened up their four game series at two games a piece.  Julian Javier belted a two run homer in the bottom of the eighth to tie the game up while Orlando Cepeda singled home the winning run in the bottom of the ninth.  Cepeda finished the game with three hits and three RBIs and he belted his eleventh homerun of the season.

Joe Hoerner picked up the win.  He got all five batters he faced out and the win pushed his record to 4-2 on the season.
