The Gas House Gang

Albert Pujols is the man and he proved as he put the Cardinals on his back and helped carry them to a game two win over the Brewers.  He finished four for five with a home run, five RBIs and three runs.  Jon Jay scored three runs and David Freese also had another nice game with his second home run of the series.

Edwin Jackson gave up two runs in 4 1/3 innings.  Then LaRussa went to the pen and did his usual micro-managing.  Jason Motte was one of the four relievers to throw a shutout inning.

Now things move to St. Louis.  Game three will have Chris Carpenter going against Yovani Gallardo.  Big game.
