May 29, 1926 at Crosley Field
Reds 3, Cardinals 1  (21-23)

The Cardinals were swept by the Reds as they dropped their fourth straight game.  This time the Cardinals couldn’t get their bats going.  They scored only one run on five hits the entire game, and their one run didn’t come until the ninth inning.

Wattie Holm had two hits and Tommy Thevenow scored the only Cardinals’ run.  Vic Keen threw seven solid innings but he took the loss.  He gave up all three runs on nine hits.
