The Gas House Gang

Chris Duncan hit his fifth homerun of the spring, which is now tied for the lead in all of baseball.  Don’t quote me on this, but I’m pretty sure the player who led the majors in homeruns in the spring season (Ryan Howard and Andruw Jones) went on to lead the majors in homeruns during the regular season.

Eli Marrero also had a great game.  He had four hits and he drove in four runs while Preston Wilson had three hits and three runs in the game. 

Not be outdone, Anthony Reyes threw six shutout innings in which he struck out one.  The Cardinals play the Orioles tomorrow in a day game.
